Mindful Yoga for Everyone

This 60-minute yoga practice offers a gentle mix of Hatha yoga-based styles, including breathwork and meditation to stimulate the energy systems in the body while at that same time bringing calm to the mind. Mindfulness practices based on the 7 attitudes from Jon Kabat-Zinn are woven throughout the class to facilitate the connection of the mind, breath, body, and spirit.

 All levels are welcome, with a focus on beginners and advanced beginners. 

All you need is an open mind, yoga mat, and a towel or blanket (to roll for support as needed), and water.
