A fun, educational talk highlighting the history and many health benefits of tea and dark chocolate (cacao) with

insights from my chocolatier background. We will discuss how to brew a proper cuppa, how tea varieties differ, and

the tenants of the Cha/ Tea Ceremonies. Included are samplings of tea infusions paired with fine chocolates.

A trivia quiz, fun poetry, teapot display and more.  This program is being presented by Kim Larkin of Klassic Kreations llc, a licensed commercial chocolatier.
